Agreement to these terms

These terms apply when you access or use Zyobit. If you use Zyobit for a company, agency or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization and permission to submit the relevant business information. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Zyobit provides

Zyobit collects permitted public signals and information you choose to provide, then produces Growth Scores, leak maps, comparisons, reports and recommended actions. Features may vary by market coverage, plan and data availability. An uncovered market, unavailable source or incomplete signal may prevent or limit a result.

Accounts and customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and business information.
  • Keep sign-in links, API credentials and account access secure.
  • Use client information only when you have authority to do so.
  • Review recommendations before publishing or implementing changes.
  • Notify Zyobit promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.

You remain responsible for your website, listings, communications and any business decision made from a report. Zyobit will never require a client’s password to run a public audit.

Plans, trials and payment

The free audit does not require a credit card. Paid features, when available, are billed according to the price and interval shown before checkout. Any trial length and the date billing begins are shown before confirmation. Taxes may be added where required.

A paid subscription renews at the billing interval shown at checkout unless you cancel or an order form says otherwise. You may cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges; cancellation does not ordinarily refund a completed billing period. Any rights to a refund under applicable law still apply. Contact us if a charge looks incorrect. If a paid plan cannot yet be purchased, a marketing description or displayed price is not a completed order or a promise of immediate availability.

Your content and measured data

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give Zyobit permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Public market measurements and derived aggregate analysis are not exclusive to one customer. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the DPA.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service unlawfully or submit information without authority;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or plan restrictions;
  • probe, disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service except where law permits;
  • resell reports deceptively or present illustrative data as a real measurement;
  • use outputs to harass, discriminate against or unlawfully profile a person; or
  • copy or republish third-party source data in violation of its terms or rights.

Zyobit may limit or suspend access reasonably necessary to protect the service, other customers or third parties, and will provide notice where practical.

Zyobit intellectual property

Zyobit and its licensors retain rights in the service, interface, software, methods, branding and documentation. These terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable account or public-audit session.

Availability and disclaimers

Zyobit reports observations from search results, public listings and AI-assistant answers with their measurement dates and source details. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in a report is legal, financial or professional advice.

Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zyobit is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or a third party’s change to rankings, recommendations or platform access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. A signed order form or negotiated agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these online terms.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the free service at any time. Workspace owners may request account deletion from Settings → Data or by contacting Zyobit. Requesting deletion and canceling a paid subscription are separate steps. Account deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Zyobit may update these terms as the product changes; material changes will be posted with a revised date and additional notice where practical.

Questions

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@zyobit.com. Agencies that need negotiated terms or a signed DPA should contact partners@zyobit.com.
